SLEEP RECOVERY COURSES

Sleep Recovery is a programme that uses yoga-based stretches and breathing techniques to help you manage your own sleep and energy levels. Over the course of five weeks (one 75 min session a week), you will learn about the lifestyle factors that affect sleep, how our minds and bodies can best prepare for sleep, and simple but powerful tools that you can use when you need to.

I continue to teach group, private and corporate yoga/meditation online. I truly believe that in these times of stress, these practices can help us to cope with the uncertainty, anxiety and isolation.

My group classes are donation-based. If you are in a position to donate, then I would appreciate your support. If, however, you are struggling financially at this time, then I invite you to join the class as my gift to you. 20% of all proceeds are donated to charity. Proceeds from February - April 2021 will be donated as follows: 10% to Fierce Calm, a yoga non-profit aimed making yoga accessible to all communities by way of community projects, teacher training scholarships and diversity initiatives; 10% to dasra.org, a charity that aims to drive social change in India and is currently working to provide much needed support during the current Covid-19 crisis there.
